Pricing Terms for Subscription Plans with Commitment:
The subscription plans offered on our site, including the “ECO” plan, are subject to a fixed commitment period. This type of subscription allows for discounted rates over a specified period. Upon subscribing, the commitment duration is clearly stated and must be adhered to.
24-Month Commitment:
The “ECO” plan is a subscription with a firm commitment of 24 months. This means you agree to maintain your subscription for this period. In return, you benefit from a reduced monthly rate of €1.50 per month for the duration of the commitment. If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription before the end of this period, adjustment fees will apply.
Early Cancellation:
If you cancel before the end of the commitment period, you will be required to pay the full remaining monthly charges until the end of the 24 months. This amount must be paid promptly to avoid any additional penalties. We recommend carefully considering your commitment before subscribing to our long-term subscription offers.
Non-payment and Adjustment:
If payment is not made by the due date, access to your hosting may be suspended. You will then be required to settle the outstanding amount, including any unpaid months and late fees. Failure to pay several consecutive months may also lead to the automatic termination of the subscription, with the obligation to settle the remaining balance due.
Retention of Pricing Terms:
Subscription plans with commitment allow for discounted rates throughout the commitment period. However, in the event of early cancellation or failure to comply with the terms of the agreement, these discounted rates will no longer apply, and you will be charged at the standard rate applicable from the point of cancellation.
Examples of Adjustments:
- If you cancel after 12 months of subscription, you will need to pay the remaining 12 monthly payments, totaling €18.
- If you miss 3 consecutive months' payments, the amount owed will include the 3 missed payments and associated adjustment fees.

Termination conditions and domain name ownership:
As part of our web hosting services that include domain name management, specific conditions apply in the event of termination:
Transfer of domain name ownership:
In the event of termination of the web hosting subscription, the domain name associated with your account automatically becomes the property of HOST By SIDL CORPORATION. This clause applies from the effective date of termination of the subscription, whether it is initiated by the customer or results from a failure to comply with the conditions of use.
Implications of termination:
- The customer loses all rights of use and management over the domain name.
- HOST By SIDL CORPORATION becomes the legal owner of the domain name and can dispose of it freely.
- No financial compensation is provided for the transfer of ownership of the domain name.
We recommend that customers wishing to retain ownership of their domain name transfer it to another registrar before terminating their hosting subscription.
